Privacy Policy

PrimeCAD (“PrimeCAD”, “we”, “us”) provides a CAD/MDT, records and economy platform for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) roleplay communities, delivered through a Discord bot and the web application at primecad.xyz. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are

PrimeCAD is operated as an independent project. For any privacy question, data request or complaint, contact us at privacy@primecad.xyz. We act as the data controller for account data, and as a processor acting on the instructions of a server owner for the roleplay records stored inside that server’s workspace.

PrimeCAD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Police Roleplay Community (the developers of ER:LC).

2. Data we collect

2.1 Discord account data

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, global display name and avatar hash, and — where you grant it — the list of servers (guilds) you belong to and your roles in servers where PrimeCAD is installed. We do not receive your Discord password or email address unless you explicitly grant the email scope.

2.2 Roblox account data

If you link a Roblox account, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image URL through Roblox OAuth. We use this only to match your in-game character to your PrimeCAD profile.

2.3 ER:LC server data

Where a server owner supplies an ER:LC server key, we query the official ER:LC API on that server’s behalf. This may return in-game player names and Roblox IDs, join and leave events, command logs, kill logs, vehicle spawns and moderation actions taken in that private server. This data belongs to the server owner and is stored inside that owner’s isolated PrimeCAD workspace.

2.4 Roleplay data you create

Characters, identity documents, warrants, citations, arrest records, BOLOs, incident reports, vehicle registrations, wallet balances and transaction history are stored as you and your community create them. This is fictional roleplay content, not real-world law-enforcement data.

2.5 Technical data

We store session cookies, a “remember me” token if you choose it, and short-lived server logs containing IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp. Logs are used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not collect real names, addresses, government identifiers or biometric data.
• We do not read your Discord direct messages, or messages in channels the bot cannot access.
• We do not process payment card details. Payments, where applicable, are handled by a third-party processor and we receive only a subscription status.
• We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the minimum age required to hold a Discord account in their country.

4. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Contract. To create your account, authenticate you, and deliver the dispatch, records and economy features you asked for.
• Legitimate interests. To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix faults, and understand aggregate usage.
• Consent. To link an optional Roblox account, and for any optional communication you opt into. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation. To respond to lawful requests and to meet our obligations under applicable law.

5. How your data is separated

PrimeCAD is multi-tenant. Every server (tenant) has its own isolated workspace, and every record we store is scoped to the tenant it belongs to. Staff of one server cannot read characters, records, wallets or ER:LC logs belonging to another server. Access inside a workspace is further limited by the Discord roles the server owner configures.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We share data only with:

• Discord — for authentication and bot functionality (privacy policy).
• Roblox — for optional account linking and avatar rendering (privacy policy).
• Police Roleplay Community — via the ER:LC API, to read your private server’s state.
• Our hosting and database providers — who store data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Authorities — where we are legally compelled, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.

7. Retention

Account and roleplay data is retained for as long as your server’s workspace remains active. If a server is removed from PrimeCAD, or a subscription lapses, its workspace is retained for 30 days so it can be restored, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EEA/UK — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email privacy@primecad.xyz from an address you control, or open a ticket from your PrimeCAD panel. We respond within 30 days. You can delete your own account data at any time by unlinking your accounts in the panel; a server owner can delete their entire workspace from the server settings page.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled servers. Sessions are signed and expire. ER:LC server keys and OAuth tokens are stored as secrets, not exposed to the browser, and are never returned by our API. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected server owners without undue delay.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Discord and Roblox process data in the United States; those transfers rely on the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.

11. Children

PrimeCAD is not directed at children under 13. You must meet Discord’s minimum age for your country to use PrimeCAD. If we learn we hold data from a child below that age, we delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in our Discord and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use PrimeCAD after a change means you accept the updated policy.
