Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PrimeCAD — the Discord bot, the web application at primecad.xyz, and the APIs behind them (together, the “Service”). By adding PrimeCAD to a Discord server, signing in, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use PrimeCAD

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country, and you must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, the Roblox Terms of Use and the ER:LC API terms set by Police Roleplay Community. If you add PrimeCAD on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm you are authorised to bind that community to these Terms.

2. What PrimeCAD is

PrimeCAD is a fictional roleplay tool. Its CAD, MDT, warrants, citations, arrest records and identity documents exist only inside your community’s roleplay. They are not real law-enforcement systems, carry no legal weight, and must never be presented as real records.

PrimeCAD is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Police Roleplay Community.

3. Accounts and server workspaces

You sign in with Discord, and may optionally link a Roblox account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Each connected Discord server gets an isolated workspace; the server owner controls who has access to it and which Discord roles map to which permissions inside it.

A server owner is responsible for the content their community creates in their workspace, and for the ER:LC server key they supply. Do not supply a server key for a private server you do not control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, threaten, dox, defame or sexualise any person, or to target minors;
• store real personal data of third parties (real names, addresses, documents, photographs) in roleplay records;
• present PrimeCAD output as genuine police, government or court records;
• attempt to access another tenant’s data, escalate permissions, or bypass authentication or role checks;
• probe, scan, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or exceed reasonable rate limits;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service to break the law, or to violate Discord’s, Roblox’s or PRC’s terms.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or disconnect a server that breaches this section — without refund and, where the breach is serious, without notice.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Some features require a paid plan, billed per connected server on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal. You may cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in the workspace being suspended and, after the retention window described in our Privacy Policy, deleted.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything your community creates in PrimeCAD. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, back up and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its source code, design, name and logo remain ours. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service as provided, and nothing more.

8. Third-party services

PrimeCAD depends on Discord, Roblox and the ER:LC API. Those platforms are outside our control, may change or restrict access, and may go down. We are not responsible for their availability, their terms, or for data loss caused by them. If a provider withdraws access, affected PrimeCAD features may be reduced or removed.

9. Availability

We aim to keep PrimeCAD online, but the Service is provided without any uptime guarantee. We may deploy updates, run maintenance, or change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCAD and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights you hold under mandatory local law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PrimeCAD harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third party’s rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using PrimeCAD at any time by removing the bot and deleting your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the Service is discontinued. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data deletion follows the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord and reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
